Nokia asked interviewed a number of people why they switched to the Lumia and asked its Twitter followers the same question. The results were put together into an infographic which it then published to its Conversations blog. Nokia obviously sees this as positives for the company as it moves to become the leading maker of Windows Phones. The biggest issue for Nokia however, is that despite being the leading brand, the ecosystem simply isn’t large enough. Having 60% of less than 5% of the entire smartphone market is not something the company is used to.
