There’s plenty of unfortunate stories about PayPal and it makes you wonder just what is going on with these guys. The thing about companies dealing with financial issues is that accountability is not only important, it should be the foundation of the company. Concerns over lack of accountability and safety of public funds are perhaps why the Indonesian government has yet to make it easy for the private sector to operate as full fledged payment processors.
