BlackBerry today launched the Z10 in Jakarta, the second Asian city to do so. At the event, Hastings Singh, the managing director of BlackBerry South Asia said that the company received a lot of feedback from Indonesia and the behaviors of Indonesians made up a large part in how the company developed BlackBerry 10. He also reiterated plans to release more affordable BlackBerry devices running BlackBerry 10 later in the year.
